I invite my clients into a judgment-free and safe space with unconditional acceptance and positive regard. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anger, anxiety, death, loss, depression, discrimination, life stressors, parenting challenges, or relationship problems, hope and healing is within reach.

While my specialty is trauma, I work with my clients on various life challenges. I utilize a multitude of methodologies and continue my education in the latest therapies. I find laughter and an easy-going atmosphere equally crucial to dealing with the deep emotions sometimes covered in our sessions.

Education

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have certificates
in Palliative Care and Disabilities Studies. I am also Emdria trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a candidate to become a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.

Hi, my name is Karina Anderson. My passion for this work is fueled by thriving after experiencing personal trauma and challenging moments in my life. My
specialty is customized trauma therapy. If you have tried therapy before, yet were disappointed with the results, I understand. I’ve been there. I am committed to reaching the heart of your needs, as well as shining light on and working through them together in a way that’s just right for you. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with people on the most profound human level, pinpointing areas holding them back, encouraging them, and watching them flourish.
